A, site for liars
The website is infested with liars who use it to pick up men/women. I met a GP on that site who appeared to be totally interested in me and made me feel special.
Unknown to me he is a serial womaniser and most of the stuff that came out of his mouth was a lie. Yes not even upstanding members of the community are immune to manipulative and dishonest behaviour. These people and the people who run these sites have no idea of the effect they are having on people's lives but I believe in karma. It will come around.
Another guy came across as a genuine bloke and very likeable. A little bit of research from me uncovered his wife divorced him because he emptied her bank account of money intended for her mums medical treatment.
So you see single Muslim makes the owners very rich on the back of other people's misery. All matrimonial sites are a con basically.

After I cancelled my membership why I’m being charged, and my membership is good until September 19, why I’m being charged before it expires, I need my money back otherwise I’m going to share this on social media

Allah is especially protective of his female servants! I have seen so much disrespect. Emotionally stunted and immature guys flock to this site because they can lie. Fake accounts
I have been receiving messages from ladies when I did not get a membership. When I purchased, I realized the messages are nothing more than a hi how are you and the profiles had just the structure of an account and they did not answer my messages.
When you get the membership, you no longer receive such messages which suggests that it is the website managers. Also, be aware that if you pay for a membership, you are automatically charged to continue the period of membership unless "28" days before the due time you cancel it, another example of how they just look for your money.
Also, you receive phone messages from hidden numbers with lady names and STOP does not work.

that is bearable to an extent but what absolutely finishes it is if you have an issue - the customer service (i think there is one guy and he doeant care aboit what impression he leaves of the company - probably hates working there!!!) customer service act like they are paying you for a service and you screwed up bigtime!

I’ve had enough of this company. I have been happily married for years now.
It’s been over 10 years since I last tried unsuccessfully using this site. I’m being sent these messages once a month every month since the beginning of this year, 2019. Tried complaining by email, no response from them at all.
No doubt I will have to change my number to stop the messages. Why wouldn’t they include an opt out on the text to prevent sending these messages to people who do not want to receive them?
