Company is charging me 29.99 a month so I contacted customer services to dispute it and I told him to search up my details and he will know I have never had an account with them, so I want a refund as this payment has be occurring for 2 months now, I sent him a print screen of the transactions and he then goes ring world pay they can only tell us which account it is related to, so I rang world pay and they told me I am not even a customer of theirs I will need to contact singlemuslim myself and they should be able to refund me. Now I have no option but to get my bank to dispute it and wait over 2 months for them to update me.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
